Promotion Royale: Where Web3 Strategy Meets Corporate Chaos
June 18, 2025
@PromotionRoyale is a satirical web-based game that reimagines corporate life through a web3 lens, combining bluffing mechanics, betting dynamics, and a long-term XP and unemployment fund system. Set in a world where eliminating your coworkers is just part of the 9-to-5, players compete for promotions, cash out rewards, and navigate a cutthroat office ladder where the only rule is to win.
Bluffing for the Win
Swap
The core gameplay is fast-paced and ruthless. Each match pits up to six players against each other in a battle of strategy, luck, and deception. Every player starts with two hidden roles (from Accountants to HR Directors), each tied to specific actions. Players can use real powers or bluff to gain an edge. But beware: anyone can challenge a move. Lying? Lose a role. Truthful? The challenger pays the price. The last player with roles standing wins the match and takes home the prize pot, making every decision high-stakes and every bluff potentially deadly.
Bet, Bluff, Eliminate
Promotion Royale integrates a betting layer. At the start of each game, players deposit $ETH
, and the pot goes to the winner. Whether you're bluffing as HR to fire someone or hoarding coins to eliminate a rival, strategy and boldness pay off. Coins fuel most actions: stealing, bonuses, firing others, or even executing a final move when reaching 10 coins. The tension builds every round as players climb toward corporate dominance.
XP, Promotions, and Unemployment?
Outside of individual matches, Promotion Royale features a deeper meta-game based on XP (Experience Points). Players earn XP through participation in paid matches or by contributing $ETH
. With enough XP, players can choose to get promoted, unlocking higher career levels and unemployment perks, or get fired and start collecting daily passive income from the Unemployment Fund.
Getting fired is not a loss; it’s a long game. Your payout is based on your career level, daily game revenue, and how many others were fired the same day. Miss a claim window? Your share goes back into the fund. Strategic career planning becomes just as important as bluffing in a single match.
Fair Play and On-Chain Incentives
Promotion Royale is built on the @AbstractChain. Weekly @AbstractChain XP is also distributed to active players through their Abstract Global Wallets (AGW), creating even more incentive to participate consistently.
What’s Coming Next?
Promotion Royale continues to expand its game universe. New roles, seasonal updates, and onchain enhancements are on the roadmap. Expect more integrations with Abstract’s wallet ecosystem and deeper ties to the XP infrastructure. Special NFTs, including Government Employee collectibles, are set to drop soon, unlocking additional perks and possibly passive yields.
Referral Power and Leaderboards
A multi-track leaderboard distributes points and prizes based on several categories: Total Value Locked (TVL), social activity, XP, community engagement, and referrals. Referring new players earns you 10% of their XP, making it a powerful strategy to climb the seasonal ranks. This leaderboard program also feeds into what's coming next: NFT rewards, whitelist spots, and surprise seasonal drops for top contributors.
The Financial Game Is Live
The newly launched Financial Game has transformed the concept of losing into winning. As seen in the latest gameplay reveal, a fired Director can now claim over $10,000 per day for 67 days straight. Timing your exit has never been more lucrative. The higher your role before getting fired, the greater your daily payout, all funded by real in-game activity and betting pots.
Players now face strategic dilemmas: accept promotions to climb the ladder, or insult your boss and cash out your severance insurance. Once fired, you can start claiming your daily unemployment payout after a two-day cooldown, but skip a day, and your share is lost.
Earn Your Promotion Royale Badge
Players can now unlock the official Promotion Royale Badge by reaching Level 1 in the Financial Game. To do so, you’ll first need to earn at least 20 XP, either by playing paid bluffing matches or by using the Auto Farm XP feature in the HR Department. Once you’ve accumulated enough XP, head to the HR tab, answer your boss’s call via the virtual office phone, and choose to “Accept the Promotion.”
Ready for the System?
Whether you're a strategic mastermind or just a professional memer, Promotion Royale offers a unique blend of chaos, comedy, and cunning. Every bluff, bet, and betrayal pushes you up the ladder—or gets you fired into comfortable, passive-income bliss.
